3. Submitting Inquiries and Communication with Users

3.1 Submitting Inquiries: The user must provide their first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The user selects the device model and brand, specifies its condition, and whether the device powers on. After submitting the inquiry, the user receives a confirmation email.

3.2 Communication: The company communicates with users via email, phone, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Automatic notifications about the status of the inquiry are not sent.

3.3 Privacy and Security: Cash4Device employs appropriate security measures to protect users’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

3.4 Processing Inquiries: Cash4Device has 5 business days to conduct a device diagnosis and contact the user to discuss the results and further steps. After the user accepts the offer, the company has 7 business days to make the payment.

3.5 Disclaimers and Liability: Cash4Device is not responsible for errors in the data provided by users. In cases of stolen, locked, or heavily damaged devices, the company reserves the right to refuse the purchase, retain the device, and inform the relevant authorities.

After the diagnosis is completed and the offer is accepted by the user, the company will make the paymentfor the purchased device via bank transfer to the user’s designated account.

6.3 Pricing and Valuation
The price for the device is determined individually based on the information provided in the inquiry formand a thorough diagnosis conducted by Cash4Device technicians. For devices that are heavily damaged,water-damaged, or have severe defects, the company reserves the right to significantly reduce the price orrefuse the purchase.

6.4 Order Fulfillment and Payment
Upon receiving the device, the company has 5 business days to conduct the diagnosis and contact the user. After the user accepts the final offer, Cash4Device has 7 business days to make the payment to the bank account provided by the user.

6.5 Returns and Complaints
If the user disagrees with the final valuation, they may request the return of the device, which will be doneat the user’s expense. Any complaints regarding the transaction must be submitted in writing and will bereviewed within 14 business days.

6.6 Prohibition of Selling Stolen or Locked Devices
Cash4Device does not accept devices that are stolen or locked. If there is suspicion that the device isstolen or locked, the company reserves the right to retain the device and notify the relevant legalauthorities.

6.7 Data Recovery Option
At the user’s request, Cash4Device offers a paid data recovery service from the device. The cost of thisservice will be deducted from the final device valuation. The user must agree to the terms of this servicebefore it is performed.

6.8 Data on Devices
The user is responsible for removing all personal data from the device before sending it to Cash4Device.If the device is delivered with data, the company’s technicians will remove it as part of the diagnosticprocess. Cash4Device is not responsible for any data left on the device.

7. Complaints and Returns

7.1 Complaint Procedure
Users may submit complaints regarding the valuation, device condition, or transaction process. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email or the form available on the website. All complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.

7.2 Right to Withdraw the Sale Offer
The user has the right to withdraw their sale offer before the device is sent to the company. If the device has already been sent, the user may request its return, provided that payment has not yet been made. The cost of returning the device is borne by the user.

7.3 Refunds
In the event of errors in the valuation or diagnosis process, which result in the user canceling the transaction, any payments made will be refunded to the user within 7 business days.

7.4 Device Returns
The device must be returned in the same condition it was received by the company. In the event of any disputes, Cash4Device may withhold the return of the device until the disputes are resolved.

8. Liability

The company is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the platform by users,including inaccurate information provided by users regarding the condition of the devices.

Cash4Device is not responsible for content generated by users, such as device descriptions, photos, orother information entered into the forms on the website.

The company will not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond itsreasonable control, such as natural disasters, communication system failures, or armed conflicts.
